Reseller agreement

By becoming a reseller you agree to (a) bill your customers under your own brand, (b) remit subscription fees to the platform owner at the wholesale price, (c) keep your customers' data confidential, and (d) accept that the platform owner may suspend your account if you violate these terms or upon 30 days notice.
